Rotation (2024-04-24)

This second version has updated the rate coefficients for p-H₂ and o-H₂, from Dagdigian (2024). For levels higher than 120 cm^-1, the older and less accurate rate coefficients from Rabli & Flower (2010) are accessible through the archive. See Dagdigian (2024) for a comparison between the two sets of data.
