Hyperfine Structure (2019-09-18)

For collisions with para- and ortho-H₂, the hyperfine-resolved rate coefficients were obtained from the rotational rate coefficients of Troscompt et al. (2009) using the statistical approximation, which is suitable at low opacities (see Faure & Lique MNRAS 425, 740 2012). For collisions with electrons, the dipolar Born approximation was used (Gerin et al. 2024) so that electron collisions strictly follow dipolar selection rules.
